We understand that defects can sometimes occur. If your shoes have any manufacturing issues, please inform us within 15 days of receipt, and we commit to providing a full refund or replacing your pair.
Our mistake
In the event of a personalization or model error on our part, do not worry. We will cover the return shipping costs, and we offer you the choice between a full refund or having a new pair sent to you.
Changed my mind
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase (applies only to products available on the site) and your shoes are in unworn condition, we accept returns. However, please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
